The structure of the CeMAP qualification comprises both broad spectrum financial services knowledge and mortgage information. The CeMAP course has exams, each of which focuses on a different area of activity. CeMAP qualification comprises three exams, CeMAP1, CeMAP2 and CeMAP3.
Paper 1 covers the broad spectrum of financial services and regulation. CeMAP2 focuses on fact based questions on mortgages and CeMAP3 is structured to test the capacity to act as a mortgage advisor using case study type questions.
